Fabrics. Processes. People.
More than a building with equipment.
Behind every CUORE kit is more than a production facility. It’s over 30 years of experience, specialized know-how and a team that understands what makes performance apparel work.
We continuously invest in modern technologies, skilled craftsmanship and our people to create innovative, durable and high-quality products. Our strength comes from combining different perspectives: athletes who know the demands of the sport, experts who understand materials and processes, and creators who constantly challenge what’s possible.
From fabric selection and chamois development to printing, cutting, sewing and quality control – every detail matters.

Developed to Match Our Bib Shorts.
Our Chamois
Most of us know: the chamois isn’t just padding — it determines how much fun you’ll have on the bike. We develop both our bib shorts and chamois in-house, ensuring they are perfectly matched — tested in our factory's TestLab. All our materials come from Europe, featuring premium foam with top-level density, resilience, and breathability. By the way: The real secret of a chamois lies beneath the visible top layer. Technologically, we use “sciving” instead of traditional molding: rather than pressing hard edges, the foam is precisely milled.
Production Dictionary
Ever Wondered What That Means?
Sublimation? Kissing Lips? Color Towel?
If some of these terms sound like another language, you’re not alone. We’ve put together a simple guide to the production terms behind your CUORE kit.
ColorLab & TestLab
We set up dedicated spaces in our factory to test fabrics, compression, chamois and printing technologies.
Sublimation
Your design is printed onto transfer paper and applied to white fabric using heat and, if needed, vacuum. The temperature is adjusted to the fabric to ensure vibrant, durable colors.
Printing on dyed fabrics
We have printing technologies like Screen Print or Heat Transfer Print to apply your branding on dyed fabrics like black bib shorts – all ensuring elasticity, highly opaque colors and optimal adhesion.
Kissing Lips
These are the small fabric panels that cover the zipper. They allow us to create designs that run seamlessly across the entire front of your jersey.
Color Towel
We provide you a color towel that shows how colors look on fabric, so you can choose the right CMYK or Pantone colors.
Sciving
With sciving, the foam of our chamois is precisely cut to create smooth transitions between different thicknesses, allowing the chamois to follow the body’s contours more naturally.
Woven & Knitted fabrics
Knitted fabrics offer more stretch, breathability and freedom of movement, while woven fabrics provide greater compression, stability and a more supportive fit.
Bonding
Bonding is a process that joins two layers of fabric using heat and pressure to create a smooth, durable and often seam-free finish.
