Dispute Resolution and Conciliation Proceedings
In the event of any dispute arising out of a contractual relationship, the parties shall first seek to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement can be reached, the statutory provisions governing conciliation and judicial dispute resolution under the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) shall apply.
